人を信じて、好きな人。
クリエーターとしての資質として2回目になりますが、人として社会生活を送っていく上で、職業や肩書きとは関係なく、周りの人間とコミュニケーションを取り、生活しています。社会には色々な人が環境を共有し利用しています。
世の中には良いヤツもいますが、イヤなヤツも沢山います。そんな良いヤツ、イヤなヤツを含めたのが社会で、そんなイヤなヤツを見たくないがために、人の沢山いる休日の繁華街に出るのがいや、という人も沢山います。面識のない不特定多数の人たちが集まる場所でも、基本は一人ひとりの社会性や、育った環境に拠るのかもしれません。
でもね、人は生まれた時からイヤなヤツだったのか、良いヤツだったのか、性善説・性悪説が有るとすれば、迷わずに人間性善説を選べる人。CMや広告は社会の人が見たくて見る物ではなく、企業・団体が媒体を購入し、見たくない人にも自分の主張を押しつける行為ですから、クォリティが低いと見た瞬間、拒絶反応が出ちゃいますので、見ていただく方に喜んでもらう、という思いやりが最低限必要なんです。
作る事が好きな人。
写真の撮り方-01の人間性にも書きましたが、キレイなモノを創りたい、格好良くしたい、と言う目指す物に貪欲に進める人、情熱がある人ですね。確かにクライアントとの打合せで、あまり受け入れたくない要望が出てくる事もあるでしょう、きれい事かもしれませんが、クライアント側も制作側も目的地は一緒のはずです、納得するまで擦り合わせが出来る時間と熱意（もしかしたら思いやりかもしれませんが）も必要だと思います。
当然お仕事として作業を行うわけですから、労働基準法に則って仕事の時間は決まっているわけですが、工場でモノを作るわけではありませんので、9 to 5で時間を切り売り出来る仕事ではありません。
アシスタントやオペレーターでしたら事務所を離れれば、仕事の事はキレイさっぱり。でも構わないでしょうが、クリエイターとして、ディレクターとしてモノを創る立場にいる人間は、クライアントから頂いたお題を、トイレに入っている時でも、湯船に浸かっている時でも、頭の中であれやこれやと弄くりまわしているタイプの人間が（自分の周りには）多かったです。
しかし、なんだかんだ言っても歩いている時や、湯船に浸かっている時など、脳に血の巡りが良い時の方が、アイデアが出た感じがします。お酒飲んでいる時は、その時には色々と閃いたりするのですが、後から見返すとしょうもないプランだったりと、ガッカリする事ばかりで飲む時は諦めています。
