皆さんも移動手段としてよく使われていると思いますが、私も通勤に横浜市内の自宅から東京都内の事務所まで、3つの路線を乗り継ぎ通っています。横浜市内から東京都内への通勤なんて、以前から多くの人が通勤で電車を利用し、痛勤と揶揄されるほど人が集まる場所でもあります。だからこそ電鉄各社は人の行動心理学を元に、人の誘導を考え、事故の無いように管理しているのでしょうが、それを決める人が現場を見ていないんだろうな、と感じることがあります。
よく利用する駅があり、改札を抜けすぐに上り線ホームに向かう跨線橋が右にあります。下り線は改札を抜けた左側にあり、線路は越しません。大きな駅では左側通行をうたい利用者に従うように則していますが、その駅ではこの1〜2年で右側通行を推奨するようになりました。
上り線を利用し、この駅で下車する利用者は、上り線ホームから跨線橋を渡り改札に向かいますが、階段を下りると改札は左で、利用者は決められた通行区分より、すぐに出られる方を効率が良いとして、右側通行を守る利用者はほとんどいません。右側通行を則すためにポスターを貼ったり、階段に矢印で案内したりしていますが、やったって無駄です。
先日、気になった本「ハイエク」と言うコラムを書きましたが、官僚主体の管理する形の社会経済学の代表として、ケインズの理論と、社会の自然発生的社会経済学の代表としてハイエクの理論を解説していましたが、人の流れから同じ事を感じられるとは。
