しょぼくれた顔などと、人様の事を言えた義理ではありませんが、テレビニュースやバラエティー番組、雑誌や新聞など読んでみると、元気な人も暗くなるほど不景気の大合唱。
別の希望を抱かせる話題は、他国の大統領が就任したことを伝えるニュースぐらい。わが国は、と言えば首相の漢字力に疑問を唱えるぐらいしかできないのか、何とも情けないような。
確かに景気は悪いと感じますし、この先行きの見えない、時代への閉塞感すら感じます。
年末の非正規雇用の方達の扱いには疑問も感じますが、天下りで外郭団体の理事の職に就き、仕事もあまりせずに企業にしがみついているくせに、高給を貰っていることにも疑問を感じています。
雇用規制強化も、ヘタをしたら仕事自体がより安くできる海外へ持って行かれてお終い。で結局派遣労働者の救済には繋がらないという気もします。
こうやって自分でコラムを書いていても、暗いことしか思いつかないんですが、小さな有限会社で仕事し始め、もう15年経ちます。
事務所には時々作品見てください、と新人のイラストレーターさんやデザイナーさんがいらっしゃいますが、一緒に仕事したいと感じるのは元気で前向きな感じの人ばかり。
会社の業績が伸びず、営業しても仕事まで行き着けず「どうすれば・・・」と考えるのは当たり前なのでしょうが、せめてお客様の前では元気で明るくが原則です。
景気が悪いと、不景気な顔で仕事を取りに行っても、誰もくれませんよ。
役者さんの営業マンじゃありませんから、仕事をお願いして我が社も元気に、なんて夢など見せてはくれないでしょうが、せめて一緒に仕事して楽しい雰囲気はほしいですね、どんな仕事であっても。
